How the score works. Each worker is checked against the core sponsor duties: a valid right to work check, passport or identity document on file, current permission to be in the UK, an assigned Certificate of Sponsorship, salary at or above the required rate, and up to date contact details. The business score is the average of every worker's score. Visa expiries are flagged amber within 90 days and red within 30 days, or once expired.
